A Space for Learning in Cork

The IAF exhibition of A Space for Learning opened in Cork on 11 October with a launch featuring presentations by the three Cork exhibiting teams. Students from St. Mary’s Secondary School Mallow, Beara Community School and St. Angela’s College, Cork all took part in the event with architects Paul O’Brien (CHORA), Mark Gallagher (Magee Creedon Kearns) and O’Donnell +Tuomey Architects.

Sundays Well Girls National School and Cork Project School came to visit the exhibition on 16 October and took part in creative workshops to design a “space for learning” with Maria Tarsouli and Lisa Kenney.

A Space for Learning runs in Triskel Art Centre until 1 November, and you can view more information on the project at the ASFL Blog
