Your involvement enables you to be associated with our high profile and expanding programme and helps us present exhibitions, public programmes, award-winning education initiatives, and more.
Since we began in 2005 we have steadily built up a national and international reputation as an agency, which delivers a groundbreaking and exciting programme about architecture and the built environment. Our most high profile project Open House Dublin has achieved a staggering audience figure of 27,000 over one weekend, and our schools initiative A Space for Learning saw 120 architects deliver workshops with 1500 transition year students, and every 2 years we commission Ireland’s representative at the Venice Architecture Biennale. We do all of this because we believe that the quality of buildings and public spaces depends on the rigorous demands of a well-informed and confident public, and that the talents of the creative profession must be recognised, celebrated and promoted.
We are a non-profit organisation, funded from statutory grants and awards, but due to the current economic environment these funds are limited. Now it is a priority for us to encourage additional funding streams especially from the private sector. We have a Patron, Benefactor and Friends level, which offer you opportunities to get involved.
