The deadline for submissions for this year’s DMY International Design Festival Berlin has been extended: Designers, firms, institutions, galleries and universities can apply until Friday, March 2 to take part and showcase their work within the 10th jubilee edition of the festival.
The festival jury consisting of internationally renowned designers Jerszy Seymour, Jurgen Bey and Werner Aisslinger as well as Dr. Annemarie Jaeggi, director of the Bauhaus Archive / Museum of Design in Berlin will select the participants in mid-March. In cooperation with the Bauhaus Archive, DMY will again award the best designs among all exhibits. For the first time, the jury will additionally assign an endowed prize to the best up-and-coming designer as well as a special award for a group show by a design school, an educational or research institution.
