The centenary year of UCD School of Architecture is drawing to a close, to mark the the end of the numerous centenary events that have taken place throughout the year there will be a wine reception and music on the night of Saturday 16th June in Earlsfort Terrace, the former home of UCD School of Architecture. There will also be the launch of an audio documentary on the School’s first 100 years.
This event will also see the launch of an exhibition entitled ‘we had an idea about the future’, featuring installations from a mix of architecture students, graduates and collaborators. These exhibitors were selected following an open call in which students and graduates from any architectural school in Ireland were invited to submit proposals responding to the exhibition title.
Entry to this event costs €10 (€4 concession) and can be paid at the door. Exact times to be confirmed.
The exhibition will run for one week, from 18th to 23rd of June, with free admission.
