Ornament Matters: Rethinking Architectural Decoration 16th Oct

Martin Krummholz will hold a lecture on The Decorative Architecture of Johann Bernhard Fischer von Erlach, on Tuesday, 16 October 2012 at 7.30 pm at the Neill/Hoey Lecture Theatre, Long Room Hub, Trinity College Dublin.

Dr Martin Krummholz received his doctorate in art history from Charles University in Prague and is a researcher at at the Institute of Art History and Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. He has received scholarships in England, Austria and Italy for his research on the Gallas family and the Clam-Gallas Palace in Prague by Johann Bernhard Fisher von Erlach, which was published as Clam-Gallasav palác.
